To be Christian among different cultures and religions

It is clear that, for demographic reasons, in our country there will be an increasing number of migrants with their different traditions, cultures and religions. Should I only bear witness to my faith or should I try to “convert” them? I struggle with the right way to approach them: On one hand I wish to win them over to Christ but on the other I wish to be more discreet... G.S. As disciples of our Lord Jesus we are not called to convert our brothers and sisters but to walk with them with humanity. To live like that it is necessary to believe that God is greater than our dogmatic borders and that he lives in the heart of each man and each woman. The faith in God revealed by Jesus Christ leads us to discover all the seeds of the Gospel in the life of each person: even if they have another faith they may give us inspiring examples of this reminding us that God made all of us to His image and likeness.
